All teams - We have had too many red cards recently for fighting.
Players are losing control and perspective of our league.
These ugly events are being caused by players losing their tempers and/or
"need for revenge" even after the call was made.
I have been receiving correspondences regarding these situations and
complaints about the referees.
The versions are complete opposite from the competing teams.
Both teams are biased and can only see their view of the event.
The referees do not start the fights or create bad blood or situations
that bring out the ugliness in the game.
While the refs judgement may not always be 100% correct,
he is the only neutral person on the field and therfore is the least biased.
Comments made by players and teams regarding referee judgement
(which can not protested) will not be given a response.
If you feel a referee made a bad call, that's part of sports and move on.
The refs used in the league are some of the best and experienced in our area.
I know their credentials and most do top level state and college games.
If anyone knows of better referees please have them contact me and I'll
be more then happy to assign them games.
If this behavoir continues and a referee informs me that a team
is made up of players that are detrimental to the game and the league,
the team will forfeit wins and not be eligible for post season games
and will not be assigned refs for their games.
